International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Belarus announces the sale of the IOM vehicle AUDI Q5 2.0 TFSI, quattro, Model 8RB0A9, year of manufacture 2014, engine 2.0 c.cm., 225 hp.by sealed-bid auction. The vehicle shall be sold on “as is – where is” basis. No test driving is allowed.
Please submit your offers using the template of the bidding form attached hereto on or before 17:00 (Minsk local time) 02 February 2024 by courier mail or yourself in the sealed envelope to the address below:

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your offer will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Offers that are received by IOM Belarus after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered.
The vehicle will be available for inspection only on the following dates: 29 January 2024 from 14:00 till 16:00 hrs. at the following address: parking lot of IOM Office in Belarus, Per. Gorny 3, 220005, Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

Warranty:
There are no guarantees or implied warranties to the condition of the vehicle. No refunds or returns permitted.
Terms of Sale:
• Starting minimum price of the lot is 15 000 USD.
• The sale will be made to the highest in price offeror. Offers may be quoted in US dollars or BYR. For comparison purposes offers in different currencies will be converted to US dollars at the official UN exchange rate on the last day for submission of offers.
• The winning offeror shall pay the proposed amount in the currency of an offer to IOM Belarus by cash deposit into the bank account or by bank transfer within 1 (one) calendar week from auction results notification. Payment is required to be made in full before transfer of title is released. The parties will sign the vehicle sale agreement once IOM Belarus receives the payment in full on its bank account. The successful bidder shall bear any banking fee associated with the bank transfer.
• Payment of registration fees, transportation, insurance, or any other costs shall be at the expense of the purchaser.
• IOM Belarus shall bear no responsibility for any repairs or any other service charges of the sold vehicles.
• The purchaser will be responsible for all or any formalities with the local authorities which may be incurred by this purchase.
• IOM Belarus reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
Offers Opening and Offers Results:
The offers will be opened on 05 February 2024 at 9:00 (Minsk local time).
The potential winner will be contacted via telephone to confirm the purchasing intention.
